Comparison between NACA wind tunnel data and MCARFA predictions

These data compare the airfoil characteristics of the NACA 23012 with a 20% chord NACA 23012 external flap as computed by the MCARFA program with NACA wind tunnel data. The MCARFA lift coefficients have been crudely corrected for the effects of separation, but no other corrections have been applied. These data are presented for educational purposes only. Any use of these data for aircraft design is not advised.
